HI, IT’S NICE TO MEET YA!
Sasha Campbell (also known as SADHA) is a non-binary (they/he), Japanese and Black illustrator and designer. Born in Yokohama, Japan, they moved to the US as a child and grew up in the south east (primarily in Alabama).
They later attended the Watkins College of Art in Nashville, TN, and graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in December 2021 with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Creative Writing. SADHA currently works as an Ad/Promo junior designer at PRH.
As an artist, he is incredibly passionate about books, marketing, poster illustration, and of course, comics. Anime and manga have been a huge part of their life, as it gave the artist a way to connect to his home and family miles and miles away.
From being a non-binary lesbian in the south to their identity as a mixed-race otaku and everything in between, SADHA’s experiences and identity have all greatly influenced the art he makes.
